Shipping Policy

Shipping Update — JULY 31, 2026

A flat rate shipping fee of $20 applies to all orders shipping to the Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut).

All Porlex Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Canada, with all customs clearance charges paid for by us. We aim to ship same or next business day, depending on the time of day you place your order, but may have a delay of up to 4 business days depending on current order volumes.
